Connect WhatsApp (WATI) to your workspace
Add your WATI details so you can send templates and receive replies.
What you need
A WATI account with an API URL and an API token. These are in your WATI dashboard under API Docs.
Save the details
Open Settings → Integrations, enter the API URL, tenant ID and API token and press Save. The token is stored encrypted and never shown again.
Receive replies
In WATI, open Webhooks and add the WATI webhook URL shown under “Your workspace links” on the same page. Incoming messages and delivery updates will then reach your CRM.
Send templates
Templates are listed under WhatsApp → Templates. Send one from any lead or contact, or to many leads at once from the leads list.
